The Barista SE espresso grinder is equipped with a ground-coffee chute suitable for making decaffeinated extractions. Milk-based drinks can be prepared with OneTouch.Please note, the machine is not supplied with a milk jug.
Offering 18 recipes, the Melitta Barista SE guarantees varied flavours, ready to be enjoyed at home. You can savour a quality espresso or prepare two drinks at once thanks to theOneTouch for Two system, simple and efficient.

The MyCoffee function allows you to save up to 4 user profiles, each with its own preferences: coffee strength (5 levels), amount of water, milk, foam or hot water, according to the selected bean hopper. Every family member can retrieve their named and saved settings.
The Barista SE is fitted with a manual coffee-selection system, letting you switch bean type from the very first extraction. Flaps under the two hoppers prevent beans from falling into the funnel above the grinder.
Hopper switching is manual, by sliding a tab. If you prefer a touch-based system, choose the Barista SE, which also lets you empty the brewing chamber to avoid coffee residue.
Melitta machines are built to last, with spare parts available for 10 years, thus extending their longevity.
Regular maintenance preserves and highlights the coffee’s aromas. Each maintenance step is carried out according to the number of drinks made and the hardness of your water.
