A full-stainless design inspired by traditional espresso machines, revisited with a modern touch, the Specialista Opera invites you to celebrate every cup of coffee as a true ritual. With its simple-to-use interface, you can adjust your grind, choose your drinks, your cup volume, set your water temperature on 3 levels and control extraction with the pressure gauge integrated.
Equipped with a stainless-steel grinder with a capacity of 250 g of coffee beans, you will have control over 15 grind fineness settings for greater precision. Its large 2 L tank will be sufficient for multiple extractions.

With the "Sensor Grinding" technology this coffee machine guarantees the correct coffee dosage with 15 grind fineness settings, to suit all types of coffee. The grinder's strength is that it detects the grind fineness, self-adjusts and self-calibrates to provide the ideal amount.
The Specialista Opera by Delonghi is equipped with an integrated tamping station for tamping without the slightest difficulty and in complete cleanliness. Simply lower the side lever and apply pressure to the grounds in 1 or 2 doses.
ItstechnologyDynamic Pre-infusion ensures even wetting of the entire coffee surface, allowing full aroma extraction. And throughout the extraction phase, the Delonghi espresso machine actively controls the water temperature with a PID system.
