Whether you want a bold espresso or a generous cappuccino, simply adjust the spout height for optimal extraction. The bean hopper, located on top, is fitted with an opaque lid and a sealing ring. The water tank is also removed from the top of the machine, behind a flap, and features a quality handle.

The Nivona 8'107 espresso grinder is equipped with a conical steel grinder adjustable across 5 settings, allowing you to adapt the grind fineness according to the type of coffee used. During extraction, you can also adjust the temperature across 3 different levels. The cup volume is adjustable from 20 to 240 ml, offering the flexibility to customize each step of the extraction according to your preferences or to save your favorite settings via the on-screen menu. This way, you can prepare your drinks exactly as you like, with complete ease.
Quality extraction with the Aroma Balance System
The Aroma Balance System of the Nivona series 8 coffee machines allows you to directly influence the pre-infusion process. With this system, you can adjust the aroma profiles to obtain different flavors in your coffee. This is done by varying the pressure and the amount of water added during pre-infusion, thereby revealing distinct aromatic nuances.

During our tests, we carried out five extractions with identical parameters, with the exception ofthe Aroma Balance System. We were impressed by the diversity of aromas obtained simply by changing this feature. This proves that this system plays an essential role in preparing a coffee rich in flavors.

How to maintain the Nivona 8'107 machine
It is crucial to follow the maintenance steps for bean-to-cup coffee machines. The machine alerts you when the bean hopper is empty. Here are the important elements to maintain to keep your machine in good condition and preserve the aromas of the drinks:
- Thespout rinsing: The machine automatically performs a rinse when turning on and off. This removes residues and prevents temperature differences during flow.
- Theextraction chamber: It is recommended to rinse it once a week to remove remaining grounds after extractions. The new extraction chamber can be installed directly after rinsing, no need to wait for it to dry.
- Thefilter cartridge: Compatible with Nivona filter cartridges, it purifies tap water and protects your machine from limescale.
- Thedescaling: This step is essential to remove limescale from your machine. If not performed, limescale can damage the internal circuit, leading to leaks and/or less hot drinks.
- Themilk circuit: It maintains itself automatically! Once preparation is complete, connect the tube to the drip tray and the machine will send steam to remove residues.
