Grown at Finca La Soledad, a micro-farm perched between 1501 and 1750 meters above sea level at the summit of a mountain, this coffee reflects the expertise of Pepe Jijon, voted "most remarkable producer of 2024" by Sprudge magazine.
In Intag Valley, Ecuador, the Sidra variety that makes up this coffee benefited from a meticulous process: tightly controlled fermentations, prolonged drying, and cultivation under natural forest, with no chemical inputs or exposure to direct light.
The result? A refined coffee with subtle aromas and exceptional length on the palate.
