Mokador Castellari
The story begins in 1967 when Domenico Castellari decides to fly on his own wings. He opens his first shop and founds Torrefazione Mokador in Faenza (a region renowned for its culinary tradition).
A cultural influence that would greatly matter in the founder's approach, whose strategy for Castellari coffee is to focus on coffee quality in opposition to a mass, quantity strategy.
