Mokador Castellari
The story begins in 1967 when Domenico Castellari decides to spread his wings. He opens his first shop and founds the Torrefazione Mokador in Faenza (a region renowned for its culinary tradition).
A cultural influence that would count heavily in the founder's approach whose strategy for Castellari coffee is to focus on coffee quality as opposed to a mass, quantity strategy.
