The Moccamaster Select features a half-carafe mode, allowing professionals to brew either half a carafe or a full carafe, depending on the number of cups required. An ideal feature for environments with variable demand, always guaranteeing flawless extraction quality.
The copper heating system of the Moccamaster guarantees stable temperature, maintained within the ideal range for perfect extraction.
