The Eureka Mignon Filtro grinder is specially designed for professionals in the coffee industry, especially for filter coffee and slow coffee preparations. Easy to use, it dispenses grinding on demand with the simple press of a button, thus offering a precise and efficient service.
The grounds fall directly into a removable container, allowing for clean and effortless distribution. This container, equipped with a detachable lid, also facilitates the transfer of the grounds.
With its micrometric adjustment, its functional burr design, and its optimized construction, this grinder is an essential choice for professionals seeking constant precision and simplified maintenance. Indeed, the burrs can be easily disassembled by removing only 9 screws, ensuring quick cleaning and hassle-free replacement.
Micrometric adjustment and technical specifications - Eureka Mignon Filtro
The Eureka Mignon Filtro grinder is designed with a compact smoked hopper, capable of holding up to 150 g of whole bean coffee, thus offering better protection against light and preserving the freshness of the beans. The container for ground coffee, also smoked and redesigned, holds up to 100 g of coffee while eliminating retention.
Equipped with the ACE system from Eureka, this grinder prevents clump formation and eliminates static charge from ground coffee, thus ensuring a uniform grind. The adjustment dial is intuitive, featuring numbered markers, for easy handling and optimal precision.
The 50 mm hardened steel flat burrs, specially designed for filter coffee, offer a productivity of 1.5 to 2.1 g/s. Thanks to Eureka's exclusive technology, the grind setting remains stable, with perfect alignment of the burrs and motor with every rotation, thus ensuring flawless precision and consistency in grind quality.
