A blend obtained by combining the finest Arabica coffees from Central and South America and Africa. With a hint of Robusta, the acidity fades and the delicate notes are enriched with sweet scents reminiscent of precious cedar wood.
The crema in the cup is bright and compact, with vivid brown nuances. The blend is suited for people who seek, in espresso, a mild, delicate and balanced flavor.

Once used, what to do with your Vergnano compostable capsules ?
This capsule must be thrown away, without separating it from the coffee, with the organic waste sent to controlled industrial composting plants and according to the instructions of your municipality of residence.
Warning: Do not throw your capsules into individual home composting systems.
The overwrap of the capsule should be disposed of with plastic and the box with paper :-).

Caffè Vergnano is a company that can boast a long and prestigious history.
It was founded long ago, in 1882: the family patriarch, Domenico Vergnano, the grandfather of the current owners, started the business in the small medieval town of Chieri, at the foot of the Turin hills.
The true vocation of the family Vergnano soon became apparent: within a few years, the small shop mastered all the secrets of coffee roasting and coffee sales.
