Equipped with64 mm flat stainless steel burrs, this coffee grinder is focused onreducing retention (0.1-0.2g)thanks to itsintegrated bellowsthat replaces a traditional hopper. The geometry of the innovative Dark-T burrs, installed on this grinder, has been designed to achieve ideal particle size for filter extractions. The micrometric adjustment system allows precise grinding adjustments, with 10 µm increments, offering great flexibility for various brewing methods.
Adopt a quiet Fiorenzato Allground Probrew coffee grinder by combining efficiency and peace of mind. It integrates perfectly into any interior with itsmatte black stainless steel finishes and anattractive interface. Its touchscreen displays the different types of grind selectable by a simple rotation of the settings.
To start grinding the coffee beans, simply press "start". The timer on the screen will display the grinding time progress in seconds. This grinder is ideal for specialty coffees.

It has 64 mm flat burrs with a Dark-T coating designed to reduce retention and improve grind consistency. This means every cup of filter coffee will be properly extracted, without old residues lingering. Its stepless adjustment allows you to precisely set the grind size, which is a big plus for refining your extraction profile.
