The Fiorenzato Allground Sense coffee grinder is a high-end electric grinder designed for all types of grinding, from very fine espresso to coarser filter coffee.
Equipped with 64 mm flat steel burrs with a titanium coating, it ensures a homogeneous grind, crucial for optimal aroma extraction. Easy to use, it features a modern weight-based grinding technology (Grind By Weight), allowing the perfect amount of coffee in the portafilter in real time. The AllGround burrs are the new Dark-T, created to further improve grinding performance. The black titanium, aluminum, carbon, and nitrogen coating ensures a lifespan five times longer than that of standard burrs.
The touchscreen allows precise adjustment of the gram weight for your preparations (espresso, moka, filter). You can program a grind for 1 or 2 doses. Grinding time: 8g in 5.5 seconds and 16g in 10.5 seconds.
It is possible to manage the amount of ground coffee in 1 or 2 doses for each type of preparation and to return to the default settings. Adjustable fork to fit different portafilters.
The coffee grinder is equipped with a hopper capable of holding up to 250 g of whole bean coffee.
The Fiorenzato Allground Sense grinder is built with a solid aluminum body.
Rotation speed: 1,400 rpm (at 50 Hz) – 1,600 rpm (at 60 Hz).
The grinder is equipped with special safety devices that protect users during all phases of use and cleaning.
The Fiorenzato coffee grinder comes with: Adjustable portafilter fork, collection tray, bean hopper, dosing cup, and an instruction manual.
The Fiorenzato AllGround Sense grinder requires regular cleaning of the burrs with a brush and coffee grinder cleaning products to prevent residue buildup and ensure always fresh grinding.
