The secret to a rich and intense cup of coffee lies in a simple process: the water gradually rises in temperature. Upon contact with the very finely ground coffee, this slow heating creates a unique movement within the coffee maker, ensuring optimal extraction and a cup full of flavors.
Preparation: add water, very finely ground coffee and sugar, heat gently until foam forms, and repeat this process for a rich and frothy result.
