The secret to a rich and bold cup of coffee lies in the water slowly reaching its optimal temperature. Combined with finely ground coffee, this gradual heating creates a unique movement inside the coffee maker, allowing for intense extraction and a cup full of flavor.
Preparation: add water, very finely ground coffee and sugar, heat gently until foam forms, and repeat this process for a rich and frothy result.
