The Saeco Aurora B2 appeals with its contemporary design in matte black, enhanced by glossy strips, which blends harmoniously into all professional environments, such as offices or small catering spaces. Its capacitive interface with photo-realistic icons offers intuitive navigation, allowing users to select their favorite drinks easily. The graphic display ensures clear reading of information, making the machine simple and pleasant to use.
Equipped with conical steel burrs, the Aurora B2 guarantees precise grinding of coffee beans, essential for optimal aroma extraction. The machine offers manual grind adjustment across 8 levels, as well as coffee aroma adjustment across 7 levels, allowing each cup to be customized according to user preferences. The electronic pre-infusion function ensures homogeneous saturation of the ground coffee, contributing to consistent beverage quality.
An ideal machine for professionals
Designed to meet the demands of professional environments, the Aurora B2 features a 1.2 kg bean hopper and a 4-liter water tank, reducing refill frequency. The grounds container can hold up to 30 pucks, facilitating daily maintenance. The height-adjustable dispensing spout (75 to 160 mm) allows use of different cup or mug types, offering valuable flexibility in a professional setting.
The Aurora B2 is equipped with a removable brewing group, simplifying cleaning and maintenance operations, essential to ensure the machine's longevity. The independent hot water spout allows easy preparation of teas or other infusions, thus expanding the beverage offering. To ensure optimal operation of the Saeco Aurora B2, it is recommended to rinse the brewing group with lukewarm water weekly and to degrease it monthly using specific products, thus ensuring consistent coffee quality and extending the machine's lifespan. You can also use an Intenza+ filter cartridge for your water tank. Follow the maintenance manual instructions to care for your milk system.
