Terra Etica organic coffee: excellence, controlled origin and authentic flavor for professionals
Offer your customers a biological grain coffee and certified fair trade with the Terra Etica Bolivia. From the exceptional terroir of the Yungas and produced by the committed cooperative Union ProAgo, this 100% Arabica is grown at high altitude according to the principles of organic farming and agroforestry. This approach preserves biodiversity and offers optimal ripening of the cherries, which is the origin of its aromatic richness.The slow roasting, carried out in an artisanal way in Pessac (Gironde), is designed to reveal the characteristics specific to this high-altitude coffee. The batch of 6 packets of 1 kg is a perfectly adapted solution for the needs of professionals: it allows to cover a regular consumption volume while testing different extraction methods and cup profiles. Each kilo allows for up to 130 coffees, or about 780 cups per batch.
When tasting, this coffee seduces with its gourmet side and complexity: notes of milk chocolate and hazelnut open the tasting, followed by delicate aromas of black cherry and a lively acidity that brings freshness and balance. Suitable for espresso as well as for soft methods, it easily enriches the coffee menu of any establishment.
