A Dedica espresso machine ideal for beginners
The DeLonghi Dedica espresso machine fits any space thanks to its compact size and well-thought-out design.
This compact versatile machine heats up quickly thanks to its thermoblock system. It lets you use freshly ground coffee beans with the Dedica coffee grinder included in this pack, but also ESE pods (a handy option for guests who prefer decaf, for example).
For indulgent drinks, the steam wand, inspired by those used on automatic machines, has a regulator. It lets you easily switch from "Hot Milk" mode that injects only steam, to "Cappuccino" mode (an assisted system that injects steam and air).
The DeLonghi machine also dispenses hot water, to lengthen your coffees or make tea.
Its advantages:
- Adjust the temperature of your coffee as you like (low, medium, high),
- Adjust the water hardness
- Set the automatic shut-off of the machine (various choices: 9 min, 30 min, 3 hours)
- Program the desired amount in the cup and memorize it!
A Dedica coffee grinder to accompany your machine.
The DeLonghi Dedica KG 521.M coffee grinder is the ideal companion for the Dedica espresso machine.
An adapter lets you hold the portafilter of your coffee machine in place during grinding. A 170 g container is also included, to dispense the grounds directly and cleanly, for gentle methods, French press or electric filter coffee makers.
This DeLonghi grinder has conical burrs made from a metal alloy, ensuring durability and burrs that don’t heat up. The mechanism is adjustable over 18 clearly marked steps and can grind for up to 14 cups. Plus, its LCD screen lets you set the desired strength for your coffee: light, normal or strong.
With freshly ground coffee beans, you’ll be able to enjoy all the aromas of a great espresso!

Thetamper lets you tamp the ground coffee evenly in the portafilter, for a straight and uniform tamp.

Theknock box (grounds bin) is an indispensable and very useful accessory for discarding coffee pucks once your espresso is made.
