The grain coffee Guatemala La Libertad, roasted in France by Lugat, is a uniquely sourced coffee from the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala. It is made from the Bourbon, Caturra, and Catuai varieties, grown at 1900 meters altitude on the San Miguel Coffees farm. This washed Arabica coffee will seduce you with its medium roast and gourmet and fruity profiles. In espresso, it reveals notes of milk chocolate, caramel, pecan nuts, and candied orange. 250g package.

This coffee is characterized by a soft attack reminiscent of milk chocolate, a round body dominated by caramel and citrus flavors, and a smooth finish, with subtle notes of pecan nuts.

Presentation of the farm
With 125 years of experience, the Falla family is one of the oldest to cultivate coffee in Antigua. The San Miguel Coffees adventure began over 50 years ago, when Arturo Falla Cofiño bought the El Tempixque farm, located near Antigua, between the active volcanoes Agua, Fuego, and Acatenango.
This unique terroir, at an altitude of 1,500 to 1,900 meters, benefits from a cool climate, ideal humidity, and volcanic soils rich in minerals, perfect for producing exceptional coffee. In addition to coffee, the farm grows ornamental plants, including poinsettias and orchids.
