This ground coffee "Le Old Fashioned" is a blend inspired by the coffee of yesteryear of our grandparents: strong and complex. It is composed of 80% Arabica and 20% Robusta. 4 coffees of various origins (Brazil, Nicaragua, Uganda) were used for this roasted blend by the team of roasters at Lugat. Medium roasting specially studied to make good espressos. Packaging: 230g.

This "special espresso" coffee is from a medium roasting that develops a generous body, powerful aromas and a roundness in the mouth.
On the contrary, our coffees from a light roasting develop a marked acidity as well as a more complex aroma palette in the cup.

A blend in memory of our childhood:
Lionel, Marco, Julien and Christophe from Lugat offer you a blend composed of 90% Arabica (2 origins: Brazil, Nicaragua) and 10% Robusta (Uganda).
They were inspired by the coffee of yesteryear of our grandparents and parents to create this blend, hence its name "Le Old Fashioned".
