A mild coffee with character
Drinking excellent coffee with little caffeine is perfectly possible: just choose Pellini TOP , a special and exclusive blend of pure Arabica (100%) from highly selected crops based on consistent soil quality.
It stands out from all other coffees due to its smooth, delicate, milder taste, which allows it to be enjoyed even without sugar. This is because Pellini TOP contains little caffeine, thanks to its blend composed of 100% pure Arabica, the most sought-after plant species which, unlike Robusta (which many Italian coffees contain in certain proportions) produces a limited amount of stimulating substances.
The caffeine content in Pellini TOP is 1.3% on average and this allows you to drink several cups without problem during the day and without running the risk of excessively stimulating our nervous system.
Italian coffee, a story of tradition
A flavor that never betrays you: Pellini Top fights side by side with the consumer, thanks to the Panel Test which controls quality and taste so they are constantly at their peak:The taste of coffee must represent a certainty, because it is an essential element of our well-being.
Coffee cannot be picked haphazardly with uncontrolled variations, it must always be equal to itself, like Pellini TOP, which constantly resorts to the Panel Test examination (Pellini is one of the few firms in Italy that adopts this rigorous method.)
Through careful examination, twenty qualified judges compare the tastes and aromas of the coffee.
By exploiting all the senses, it is possible to recognize sensitive variations in taste: from smell to visual appearance, the coffee is subjected to meticulous control and only with the judges' approval will it be ready for distribution.

Pellini is a coffee brand originating from Verona (Italy). Marco Pellini, the iconic roastery owner, does not bet on quantities but on quality and excellence of coffee.
The Pellini coffees have just received a double consecration: double Gold Medal categories "Espresso" and "Moka" during the first edition of the International Coffee Tasting.
