This coffee isa coffee that stands out for its powerful, subtle but balanced character. A coffee that reminds you of the one you drink in Italy and that has been roasted there by one of the oldest Italian roasters in the field.

This mixture ofArabica and Robusta is the result of the assembly of several coffee beans, from several origins.In the cup, it is abalanced cup (rare for anItalian coffee) withgourmet notes of cocoa and toasted bread.

Theroastingof thePellini coffeeis done in an extremely slow and controlled manner at very controlled temperatures depending on the type of grain treated. These artisanal cares are consistently integrated into theQuality projectimplemented by the company, which has decided to obtain the desired results by respecting the raw material without having to resort to forced actions of any kind.
Thegrainisroasteduniformly, from the central core to the outer coating, through a progressive heating process. Theroastingmethod is done with hot air, without thegrainscoming into contact with any metal. A blast of air makes thecoffeefloat while remaining suspended.
Cooling is also done by air. After that, thegrainsgo to rest in special silos for degassing. Through a careful examination, twenty qualified judges compare the tastes and aromas of thecoffee.By exploiting all the senses, it is possible to recognize the sensitive variations in taste: from smell to visual appearance, thecoffeeis subjected to a meticulous control and it is only with the approval of the judges that it will be ready to be distributed.
