The Linea Espresso grain coffee is the perfect illustration of Italian coffee. It brings together the best Arabica and Robusta grain coffees , resulting in a balanced blend in the cup, and at the best price!, which translates into a balanced blend, and at the best price!
- In the cup: observethe density of the foam which gives a glimpse ofthe aromatic generosity of the coffee. Its brown color gives an idea of the roasting for which the Zicaffè roaster has opted.
- When tasting: the coffee hasa frank attack but alsoa varied aromatic palette ranging from floral to spicy notes. As we discover it, thelength in the mouthallows us to discovernotes of dark chocolate in all subtlety.
Tips: Onan automatic Delonghi grinder, for a 3/4 French, set to 4/5 with a water volume of 60 ml.
