A stainless-steel dripper for two or four people
The Fellow Stagg XF Dripper lets you brew a rich, aromatic filter coffee thanks to a Slow Coffee (slow filtration) preparation.
The Stagg XF is a stainless-steel dripper, with an internal design engineered for unobstructed coffee filtration andoptimal extraction.

This dripper is compatible with the Fellow Stagg double-walled glass carafe.
How to use the Fellow Stagg XF dripper
The Stagg XF works exactly like a standard dripper, but its different shape anddouble-walled stainless-steelconstruction promise better heat retention and more consistent extraction.
A small vessel is included to rest your dripper after brewing, keeping your workspace tidy.
Inside this vessel you will find markings that arebrewing-ratio aidsto use when making your coffee.
Heat 600 ml (600 g) of water in your kettle to 91–93 °C and take 40 g of freshly ground coffee beans (medium grind). You can use the single dot on the small vessel to estimate 40 g of coffee.
Place the dripper on your carafe and put the paper filter in the dripper. Pour hot water over the filter to rinse it.
Add your ground coffee to the filter and give it a gentle shake to level it.
Start pouring the hot water in the center of the dripper, working outward. Pour about 80 g of water, roughly twice the amount of coffee you are using.
Wait 30 seconds for the pre-infusion.
Continue pouring the water evenly from the center outward in a circular motion. The pour should take an additional 2:30 to 3 minutes.
Stop once the coffee stops dripping. Place the dripper on the small vessel to catch any drips, and enjoy your coffee.
Usage tip
You can place the dripper in the top rack of your dishwasher.
The dripper is to be used with XF filters (20 are included to get you started).
It is recommended to use a temperature-adjustable kettle to preserve all the coffee’s aromas and freshly ground coffee beans.
