Terra Etica selected this coffee from Damota Wolayta Union, a cooperative that grows beans between 1400 and 2000 meters altitude, in respect of organic agriculture principles. The decaffeination process, carried out exclusively with water and without solvents, preserves all the aromatic richness of the coffee. Moreover, this coffee is certified fair trade, ensuring fair compensation for producers.
This organic ground coffee reveals an explosion of floral flavors, blending notes of white flowers and elderberries. Subtly tangy, it is particularly appreciated by filter method for optimal tasting.
