The cooperative Anei, Cencoic, which produces it, grows several renowned varieties, including Typica, Castillo, and Colombia 6. These varieties, hand-picked, ensure optimal cherry ripeness, contributing to the coffee's flavor richness.
The medium roast is carefully carried out to reveal the natural aroma of this coffee. In addition to its taste quality, this coffee is also certified organic and fair trade. It guarantees not only a top-quality product for consumers, but also fair support for producers and their communities.
