This 70% dark chocolate baris a Grand Cru Piura from the Norandino region in northern Peru. It can be enjoyed on its own, or used as a base for a traditional hot chocolate recipe.
The Piura cocoa produces a smooth chocolate with subtle notes of red fruits, with a long finish.

From small producer cooperatives who share our convictions in favor of the cooperative movement, peasant agriculture and agro-ecology.
