This cane sugar whole comes from Peru from the cooperative Norandino.
This whole sugar is a artisanal product from a rustic variety of cane and obtained by natural dehydration of pressed cane juice. The nutritional qualities and licorice flavor are preserved.
It comes from Organic Agriculture and has the SPP label (Symbol of Peasant Producers) : this label belongs to producers of fair trade. The goal of these producers is to defend peasant agriculture against competition from agro-industrial plantations.
Ingredients : Terra etica unrefined whole cane sugar powder, fair trade and organic. 100% from organic agriculture and fair trade.
