This coffee grinder is for baristas who want to combine simplicity, efficiency and ergonomics. It offers everything you need to produce a quality grind in a small or medium-sized coffee shop. Its hopper offers a capacity of 1.1 kilo and its 64mm burrs can reach up to 1,600 revolutions per minute. A fast and efficient grinding combined with a continuous micrometric grind adjustment.
The Jolly V Up is the first in the Mazzer grinder range to feature a backlit touch control screen.
Its wide-angle touch screen offers very precise touch detection and provides a very simple interface thanks to which you can:
- Program doses (single, double or triple)
- Access grinding mode
- Access the count of distributed doses
choose the amount of grind to distribute, count the doses.
The grinder also has a universal adjustable filter holder support in height. The best part is that by pressing the filter holder, you will start the grinding of the coffee beans and trigger the distribution of the grind into your filter holder.A time-saving and minimal gesture.
Its ground coffee powder distribution control system offers a grind without lumps and allows you to avoid having coffee dust all over your workspace.
Regardless of the grinder model you choose, it is essential to equip yourself with maintenance products to ensure a quality coffee, but also for the longevity of your grinder and its parts.
A daily cleaning of the hopper is recommended and a weekly cleaning of the burrs.
