The Caffitaly capsule
Each capsule contains 8 grams of ground coffee (or tea/chocolate) : the ideal amount to preserve the flavor and aroma of each blend and take full advantage of the Caffitaly system technology.
The hermetic capsule eliminates the risk of oxidation and preserves the aroma and flavor of the coffee: the latter has the same characteristics as freshly ground grains .
The Caffitaly capsules consist of a selection of high-quality coffees and the machines are pre-set to a pressure that produces the best extraction .
The coffee is always perfect , from the first to the last capsule, thanks to the Caffitaly system.
Caffitaly capsule structure
The top film and the body of the capsule are made of 3 different layers to keep the capsule hermetic. This perfectly protects the coffee from oxidation, allowing to preserve all the flavors of the coffee .
During extraction, the filters ensure a uniform and optimal distribution of water through the coffee, guaranteeing the maximum performance of the process.
Result : an espresso coffee with an intense aroma, covered with a rich and creamy foam .
