It is produced from the finest arabica coffee beans, in other words premium whole-bean coffeesgrown at high altitudein Central and South America.

Its medium roast, carried out in Italy, allows usewith an automatic machine equipped with a ground-coffee hatch for example!

Pellini, a quality whole-bean coffee brand

The roasting of Pellini coffeeis done extremely slowly and at very controlled temperatures depending on the type of bean processed. These artisanal precautions fit coherently into the Quality projectimplemented by the company, which decided to achieve the desired results by respecting the raw material without resorting to any forced actions of any kind.

The bean is roasteduniformly, from the central core to the outer coating, through a gradual heating process. The roastingmethod is done with hot air, without the beanscoming into contact with any metal. A stream of air causes the coffeeto float while remaining suspended.

Cooling is also done by air. After which, the beansgo to rest in special silos for decanting. Through careful examination, twenty qualified judges compare the tastes and aromas of the coffee.By using all the senses, it is possible to recognize subtle variations in taste: from smell to visual appearance, the coffeeis subjected to meticulous control, and only with the judges' approval will it be ready for distribution.
