Marco SP9 Single: the pro filter coffee maker for Slow Coffee
Chemex, dripper, V60... gentle methods are increasingly popular with customers!
But for professionals, preparing Slow Coffee requires significant management: heating water, required amount of coffee, pre-infusion, timing and monitoring the brew, etc.
The Marco SP9 is the ideal alternative. Press a button, serve other customers, and come back a few minutes later with a freshly brewed filter coffee, ready to be served.
The Marco SP9 is connected to the water supplyvia a boiler (under the counter). With its modern and compact design, itfits and adapts easily to your counter.
The Marco SP9 is equipped with ahot water spray head. Once started, the coffee maker circulates hot water for 15 seconds to preheat the system. Water is dispensed in9 pulses, with a firstpre-infusion stage.
Operation is simple and intuitive: on the boiler, select the water temperature. On the coffee maker, set the amount of water (150 to 750 ml) and the brew time (1 to 5 min).
Throughout the entire preparation, the water iskept at temperatureforbetter thermal stability and a consistent result.
The Marco SP9 is equipped with amagnetic supportto holdall types of drippers.
