This 98% cocoa chocolate bar is a Grand Cru from the Esmeraldas region in northern Ecuador. It perfectly combines very high cocoa content without any bitterness.
Ingredients of this bar : Cocoa paste*° from Ecuador and Ivory Coast, cane sugar*° (Cocoa: 98% minimum). May contain traces of tree nuts, milk, gluten and sesame seeds.

Ingredients of this bar : Cocoa paste°* from Ecuador and Peru 70%, cane sugar°*, cocoa butter°* (Cocoa: 80% minimum). May contain traces of tree nuts, milk, gluten and sesame.
