The thick casing with itsanti-vibration deviceand rubber seals at the sound exit points allownoise reduction of about 20 dBcompared to classic grinders. Thus, the Atom Speciality 65 allows you to grind your coffee silently while holding a conversation.
High-Speed coffee grinder
The motor-burrs assembly, developed by Eureka's research teams, offers Atom Speciality grinders anextremely high grinding speed.You can serve your customers quickly, while maintaining excellent in-cup quality.
An ergonomic professional coffee grinder
The portafilter holder of the Atom Speciality 65 is adjustable and can adapt to any type of portafilter. It allows the barista toperform other tasks during coffee dispensing. A light is integratedto illuminate your portafilter. Dose control is electronic (1 dose, 2 doses or continuous).
Thedose adjustment and savingare very intuitive thanks to the LCD screen and Eureka's "Barista Special" system, with five buttons that allow you to choose between the following functions:
- + or -to adjust the dose
- Grindone dose(one cup)
- Grindtwo doses(two cups)
- * button forextra dose
The "Start & Stop" function is also available to start grinding your coffee with a single press of the portafilter on the button located above the adjustable fork. Remove the portafilter to stop.
The fork gives you the possibility to use the Eureka Atom Specialty 65 grinder in "hands-free".
Continuous micrometric adjustment
The Eureka Atom Speciality 65 grinder has amicrometric adjustment without stopping point.It ensures incomparable precision and performance, as well as significant time savings. Theadjustment is based on the lower burr,allowing maintenance operations to be performed without losing settings.
ACE System (Anti-Clumps & Electrostaticity)
The professional Eureka Atom Speciality 65 grinder was designed with the ACE system thatprevents clumpingand eliminates static electricity. It thus ensures a uniformity of the grind for a better result in the cup.
Quick and simple maintenance
The Atom Speciality 65 was designed to make maintenance operations easier for you. It can be disassembled by removing only nine screws, allowing you to quickly replace or clean the burrs. Everything is designed to facilitate the maintenance of your grinder and to save time.
