Professional Eureka Atom Speciality 75 White Grinder
Silent Technology: Up to 20 dB quieter
The thick casing with its anti-vibration device and rubber gaskets at the sound exit points help reduce noise by about 20 dB compared to conventional grinders. Thus, the Atom Speciality 75 lets you grind your coffee quietly while holding a conversation.
High-Speed Coffee Grinder
The motor-burr assembly, developed by Eureka's research teams, gives the Atom Speciality grinders an extremely high grinding speed. You can serve your customers quickly while preserving excellent cup quality.
An ergonomic professional coffee grinder
The Atom Speciality 75's portafilter holder is adjustable and compatible with any type of portafilter. It allows the barista to perform other tasks while dispensing coffee. A light is integrated to illuminate your portafilter. Dosing is controlled electronically (1 dose, 2 doses or continuous).
The adjustment and saving of doses are very intuitive thanks to the LCD screen and Eureka's "Barista Special" system, with five buttons that allow you to choose between the following functions:
- + or - to adjust the dose
- Grind one dose (one cup)
- Grind two doses (two cups)
- * button for extra dose
The "Start & Stop" function is also available to start grinding your coffee with a single press of the portafilter on the button located above the adjustable fork. Remove the portafilter to stop.
The fork gives you the option to use the Eureka Atom Specialty 75 in "hands-free".
Continuous micrometric adjustment
The Eureka Atom Speciality 75 features a stepless micrometric adjustment. It ensures unmatched precision and performance, as well as significant time savings. The adjustment is based on the lower burr, allowing maintenance operations without losing settings.
Durable Diamond Inside
Diamond Inside is a patented cryogenic thermal treatment process for grinding wheels at a temperature of -193 °C (patent pending) resulting in the formation of an enhanced crystalline structure that ensures superior wear resistance and longevity. These robust 75 mm diameter flat steel wheels ensure constant particle size for an exceptionally high quantity of ground coffee.
ACE System (Anti-Clumps & Electrostaticity)
The professional Eureka Atom Speciality 75 grinder was designed with the ACE system which prevents clump formation and eliminates static electricity. It thus guarantees grinding uniformity for better in-cup results.
Blow Up : zero retention
Discover the Blow Up system, a mechanism designed to eliminate coffee retention. Thanks to the flexible membrane system between the hopper and its lid, the Blow Upsystem allows air to circulate through the grinder in order to make grind retention null.
Quick and simple maintenance
The Atom Speciality 75 was designed to make maintenance easy for you. It can be disassembled by removing only nine screws, allowing quick replacement or cleaning of the burrs. Everything is designed to facilitate maintenance of your grinder and save time.
