LUGAT Moka Sidama Nyala whole-bean coffee:
Use your professional espresso grinder or your espresso machine with this Made-in-France whole-bean coffee. It is the combination of several aromatic notes, dominated by floral, gourmet and fruity tones, thanks to the carefully carried out roasting by Lugat.
Thus this balanced 100% arabica is crowd-pleasing and brings people together over a cup of coffee.

Presentation of the producing country, Ethiopia:
The Sidama region is located in southern Ethiopia, on the border with Kenya. It owes its name to an ethnic group: the Sidamas, a people living in south-western Ethiopia. The south of the country is a privileged and exclusive area for coffee growing.
The coffee grows under the shade of forest trees and is selectively hand-picked. It is then processed by the wet method, which gives it a very fine acidity.
Moka Sidama Nyala represents 11% of production. The washed quality is highly sought after.
