Use your professional bean-to-cup espresso machine or your espresso machine with this Made in France whole bean coffee. It is the combination of several aromatic notes, with a dominant floral, gourmet and fruity profile, thanks to the careful roasting performed by Lugat.
Thus, this balanced 100% arabica is crowd-pleasing and allows people to gather around coffee and create connections.

Presentation of the Producing Country, Ethiopia:
The Sidama region is located in southern Ethiopia, on the border with Kenya. It takes its name from an ethnic group: the Sidamas, a people living in southwestern Ethiopia. The southern part of the country is a privileged and exclusive place for coffee growing.
The coffees grow under the shade of forest trees and are hand-picked selectively. Then, they are processed using the wet method, which gives them a very beautiful acidity.
The Moka Sidama Nyala represents 11% of production. The washed quality is highly sought after.
