How to use your Neapolitan coffee maker?
- Fill the water reservoir up to the small hole located 1 cm from the edge.
- Pour 6 g of medium-ground coffee into the filter reservoir.
- Screw the upper part of the filter to close it, then insert the filter reservoir into the water reservoir.
- Insert the upper part of the coffee maker, which has the spout, on top of the lower part so that the spout is facing downward.
- Heat the Neapolitan coffee maker (with the spout positioned downward) and bring the water to a boil. The water is boiling when a stream of steam escapes from the small hole.
- Remove the coffee maker from the heat, then flip it over in one quick motion while holding it by the two handles.
- The water flows down, passes through the filter containing the coffee, and reaches the lower part.
- Wait a few moments before serving and enjoying.
