Water is a fundamental element and has a great impact on drink quality or machine reliability. The patented Smart Water Technology (optional) analyzes the water entering your machine and alerts you in case of pH or water hardness variation.

You knew the SIS system (Soft Infusion System) which allows progressive pressure build-up during extraction? With the Aurelia Wave, Nuova Simonelli once again improves extraction thanks to Pulse-Jet technology, which optimizes water flow and pressure during infusion.
With Pulse-Jet technology, patented by Nuova Simonelli, extraction is split into three phases : pre-infusion, infusion, and post-infusion. For each phase, you can program pulse durations.
You can thus explore unprecedented extraction profiles and improve the quality of coffee you offer your customers.
T3 technology allows control of the steam boiler temperature (T1), coffee boilers (T2), and coffee groups (T3), with instantaneous reactivity thanks to multiple P.I.Ds controllable via the touchscreen.
Each group can be adjusted independently. Ideal if you want to use several coffees simultaneously. Thus, the Aurelia Wave can chain extractions with flawless thermal stability, even during rushes.
The Aurelia Wave T3 is a multi-boiler machine, offering consistently constant steam power, regardless of the coffee group settings!
Preparing a perfect cappuccino requires mastery and barista know-how. Easy Cream technology (optional) can help those who haven't yet reached that level.
With a simple press of the button, the Easy Cream nozzle starts its work: first, the system balances steam and air injection. Then, it interrupts the air flow, leaving only steam to act.
The steam nozzle is designed to create a rotational movement of the milk that homogenizes its consistency. Your milk is ready in just a few seconds!
With the Aurelia II, Nuova Simonelli had reached new standards in ergonomics. The new Aurelia Wave goes even further. It was designed to make the barista's work as simple as possible.
With its new patented automatic purge system (optional), the spray heads are cleaned automatically when you detach the portafilter.
The brand also repositioned the buttons to allow you to press directly with the thumb of the same hand that removes the portafilter.
