The Victoria Arduino Eagle One professional espresso machine (with 3 groups) is more compact compared to equivalent machines. It provides space savings and energy savings for greater profitability. The reduced space in the machine reduces heat dispersion.
The NEO engine (New Engine Optimisation) heats water instantly with a unique insulation mechanism. The Victoria Arduino Eagle One reduces heat dispersion and energy consumption. Only the amount of water needed for extraction is heated.
The patented TERS technology (Temperature Energy Recovery System) uses discharged water to preheat incoming water.
The Eagle One's stainless steel boilers are insulated with a unique material for extreme thermal insulation.
Thanks to the VIS (Virtual Intelligent Scale) technology built into the Eagle One, Victoria Arduino revolutionizes espresso precision. This innovation relies on an intelligent algorithm that automatically calculates the optimal dose and monitors extraction in real time to guarantee consistency and accuracy in every cup. By eliminating the need for a physical scale, VIS optimizes working time for baristas, while reducing coffee waste. Simple to use, just select the desired weight via the touchscreen interface: the machine adjusts automatically the extraction for a flawless result, without additional effort.
