The challenge of the Eagle One espresso machine? To design a more economical and more durable machine, while maintaining high productivity and performance.
The entire project was inspired by sustainability: materials used, environmental impact, energy consumption, space used, etc.
The Victoria Arduino Eagle One is more compact compared to equivalent machines. It provides space savings and energy savings for greater profitability. The reduced space within the machine reduces heat loss.
The NEO engine (New Engine Optimisation) instantly heats water with a unique insulation mechanism. The Victoria Arduino Eagle One reduces heat loss and energy consumption. Only the amount of water needed for extraction is heated.
The patented TERS technology (Temperature Energy Recovery System) uses discharged water to preheat incoming water.
The Eagle One stainless steel boilers, insulated with a unique material, ensure extreme thermal insulation.
The VIS (Virtual Intelligent Scale) technology integrated into the machine bases its calculations on an artificial intelligence algorithm, VIS digitally estimates the ideal dose and monitors the extraction flow in real time, ensuring always precise dosing and perfect consistency for every espresso. This virtual scale also accelerates the barista's workflow – no more time-consuming manual weighing – and reduces coffee waste by ensuring the right dose from the first attempt. Finally, it is child's play to use: simply select the desired weight on the touchscreen and start the extraction, VIS takes care of the rest to deliver the perfect dose without any additional effort.
The Victoria Arduino Eagle One is born to be smart ! Each Eagle One is delivered with the "My Victoria Arduino" application, to share your experience or even your recipe ideas between barista coffee-lovers.
The remotely controllable interface (optional) allows you to save your extraction profiles and consult your machine's statistics.
