Teapot or kettle function Sage
The teapot function of the Sage kettle allows you to prepare your drinks perfectly brewed thanks to modes adapted to each type of tea, "Green Tea", "Black Tea", "Infusion", "Oolong Tea", "White Tea"
It also allows you to customize your infusion by adjusting the temperature and duration so it's just how you like it.
The glass jug and the heating element is hidden to protect it from limescale.
You simply need to boil water, it also does that, up to 1.5 L
Sage kettle and Strength button
This kettle is equipped with a strength button that will help you adjust the intensity of your infusion by acting on the duration.
You can thus make your favorite tea by choosing the quantity, temperature and time adapted for a more or less strong brew. The rest, it takes care of.
Note: the longer a tea is infused, the more tannin and bitterness it will release.
Removable filter on the Sage kettle
To prepare your infusion, simply remove the basket, add the desired amount of tea.
Then place it in the teapot, it will show you the way with its magnetic part that will guide you.
The filter descends into the teapot when the infusion temperature is reached and will rise back up once the drink is perfectly prepared.
The basket function allows the basket to go up and down during infusion to separate the leaves from each other and extract all the aromas. I recommend increasing the infusion time when using this function.
Its mobility also allows for easy maintenance, just rinse it under water.
The delayed start function of the Sage kettle
To make your life easier, the Tea Maker also offers the delayed start function, which you can program for 24 hours . You can prepare your tea the night before so it's ready the next morning for your breakfast. You want to stay in bed, don't worry, once the infusion is finished, the keep warm function turns on for 1 hour to enjoy a lie-in.
