A kettle/teapot that will brew your tea to perfection
Sage Teapot or kettle function
The teapot function of the Sage kettle allows you to prepare perfectly brewed drinks thanks to modes adapted to each type of tea, "Green Tea", "Black Tea", "Herbal Infusion", "Oolong Tea", "White Tea"
It also allows you to customize your infusion by adjusting the temperature and duration so it's just how you like it.
The glass carafe and heating element are hidden to protect it from limescale.
If you simply need to boil water, it does that too, up to 1L
The Sage kettle Strength button
This teapot is equipped with a strength button that will help you adjust the intensity of your infusion by acting on the duration.
You can thus make your favorite tea by choosing the quantity, temperature and time adapted for a more or less strong brew. The rest, it takes care of.
Note: the longer a tea is steeped, the more it will release tannins and bitterness.
Sage kettle: removable filter
To prepare your infusion with this kettle, simply remove the basket and introduce the desired amount of tea.
Then, place it in the teapot, it will show you the way with its magnetic part that will guide you.
The filter descends into the teapot when the infusion temperature is reached and will rise once the drink is perfectly made.
The basket function, will allow you to raise and lower the basket during infusion to detach the leaves from each other and extract all the aromas. I recommend increasing the infusion time when using this function.
Its mobility also allows for easy cleaning, simply rinse it under water.
The keep warm function
To make your life easier, the Tea Maker also offers the keep warm function, for 60 minutes that you can program before, during or after the start of infusion. You want to go back to bed to enjoy a lie-in.
