A 100% Arabica coffee with gentle spicy notes:
This whole-bean coffee hails from the state of Kerala on India’s south coast and represents the finest monsooned coffee quality. Called “monsooned” because, after harvest, the green beans are exposed to monsoon winds in open warehouses for several weeks during the rainy season. This process lowers acidity and boosts sweetness, giving the beans a straw-yellow color. A uniquely flavored coffee with gentle spicy nuances, especially pleasant after meals.
