The Ditting 807 is equipped with an active temperature management system. Two fans regulate the grinder's temperature by producing a continuous airflow. This keeps a constant temperature inside the grinder and best preserves the coffee aromas.

The Ditting 807 is also designed for intuitive daily use. Bags are held with a clamp, saving you from holding them during grinding. The clamp also serves to "tap" the outlet chamber to remove coffee residue.
