How to prepare your coffee in your Moka induction?
The Moka induction is used as easily as any Italian coffee maker. To prepare your coffee, you need hot water and ground coffee. Remember to select a grind suitable for Italian coffee makers to avoid unpleasant deposits at the bottom of your cup.

An Italian coffee maker designed for induction
The Moka induction is the first Italian coffee maker model to be usable with induction hobs. This model was born from the Italian brand's desire to adapt to the needs of Italian households. The coffee maker's technology is called "Bi-layer" or double-layer and corresponds to an outer steel layer that allows it to work with induction, and an inner aluminum layer to ensure good heat distribution.
This coffee maker strikes the perfect balance between tradition, with its collector featuring the timeless octagonal shape of the Moka, and innovation, with a steel boiler that can be used on induction hobs.
