Prepare your coffee in your Bialetti Italian coffee maker
Since the 1950s, the Moka coffee, similar to espresso, has become one of the most popular Italian coffees. One cup is about 5 cl, so this 30 cl Bialetti Italian coffee maker allows you to make 6 cups.
To prepare your coffee, nothing could be simpler. Fill the aluminum reservoir up to the indicator mark. Place the aluminum filter and fill it with ground coffee (be sure to choose a grind suitable for Italian coffee makers). Screw on the top of the coffee maker body. Put on medium heat and let the coffee brew. Once all the water has risen into the upper container, remove the coffee maker from the heat.
All that's left is to serve! The handle is designed for optimal grip without risk of burns.

The Moka express is the great classic of the Italian coffee maker, and for good reason: it was the first model. Invented in 1933 following a stroke of genius by Alfonso Bialetti. It naturally made its way into the homes of all coffee drinkers.
Its Art Deco style has made it an icon of "Made in Italy". It is featured in the permanent collections of the Milan Triennale and the MoMA in New York.
Over the years, its design inspired by Alfonso Bialetti's wife's physique has been refined to create this model combining elegance and performance.
