Sage The Oracle Touch Full Black Machine
Built-in grinder and tamping for perfect extraction.
The Sage The Oracle Touch Full Black espresso machine is a manual espresso machine semi-automatic: apart from step-by-step portafilter handling, the machine takes care of everything.
The integrated coffee grinder with stainless-steel conical burrs adjusts easily. It grinds, doses and tamps 22 g of coffee automatically into the portafilter, exactly like a professional barista espresso machine. The hopper holds up to 280 g of whole-bean coffee.
The automatic trigger dispenses the desired amount of grounds when the portafilter (or brewer) is in place.
Once grinding is done, a lever on the side of the machine lets you tamp perfectly.
The coffee side is equally impressive in terms of settings. You can take control of temperature as well as coffee infusion duration. The machine will pull your shot exactly as you programmed it; all that’s left is to enjoy.
Touch-screen display to select your favourite drink
The Sage The Oracle Touch Full Black features a digital touch-screen that lets you choose the drink you want to prepare.
The icons next to the drink name help you quickly spot the one you crave: Americano, Espresso, Latte, Flat White and Cappuccino.
Making an Americano is a good example of the full automation of the process: the drink starts with a double espresso, then a separate spout tops up the cup with hot water.

Program each family member’s favourite drink
The Sage The Oracle Touch Full Black espresso machine lets you personalise up to eight drink profiles.

Simplified milk frothing
Sage also equipped this machine with its famous automatic milk-frothing system. Thanks to the supplied stainless-steel milk jug, there is no need to equip yourself. The machine operation is simple, just adjust the foam texture you want for your drink (or let the pre-recorded programs do the work), then place the pitcher. Additionally, the stainless steel steam wand is self-cleaning !
A sensor is on the drip tray, which allows the machine to control the exact temperature to give you perfect milk foam, with the texture you expected.
It is possible to adjust the temperature and the foam texture you want, then all you have to do is make beautiful latte art in your cup.

Dedicated coffee boiler (also in stainless steel) with digital PID control that manages the water temperature for extraction.

Accessories : Stainless steel milk pitcher, portafilter, single cup filter, double cup filter, filter cartridge with holder, cleaning brush, cleaning disc, small knockbox for coffee pucks, maintenance tool for the coffee grinder and steam wand, Allen key, cleaning powder and tablets, water hardness test strip.
Maintenance : To extend the life of your Sage espresso machine and for better results in the cup, it is recommended to use a filter cartridge (or already filtered water). Don't forget to descale your appliance following the brand's advice (see manual) and clean the accessories regularly.
