Artisanal production at Goppion Caffè
All Goppion coffees areartisanally roasted in Italy, in a modern workshop belonging to the Goppion Caffè family.
They follow thetraditional slow roasting method, as opposed to industrial techniques.Each variety of beans is roasted separately to ensure impeccable quality.
An "optical bi-chromatic" selection is carried out, eliminating fermented or insufficiently ripe beans to preserve the purity of the blend. Before being marketed, Goppion coffees are submitted to a tasting, thus guaranteeing their quality.
