The Jura E8 EC version with premium design
The new version of the Jura E8 range retains its timeless design, with an elegant white finish. The Jura brand pays particular attention to details and drinks are highlighted by an LED during their preparation. The machine is equipped with a large 3.5-inch screen that clearly and intuitively displays the different drinks you can make. You thus have a wide choice among 17 individually programmable gourmet drinks. Moreover, the Jura E8 is perfect for family use thanks to its large containers, allowing you to prepare drinks in large quantities to satisfy everyone:

The Jura E8 EC machine is connectable via Bluetooth and compatible with the J.O.E (Jura Operating Experience) app. Thanks to this feature, you can easily set your favorite drinks directly from your smartphone or tablet. Moreover, the J.O.E app also allows you to manage your machine's maintenance.
The P.A.G.2 grinder, perfect grinding
The Jura E8 EC machine is equipped with the latest grinder generation P.A.G.2 (Professional Aroma Grinder 2). This coffee grinder offers an optimal grinding experience, guaranteeing a perfect cup with every preparation. One of the great new features is the ability to adjust the grinding level at any time, allowing you to customize your coffee according to your preferences.
The coffee grinder is equipped with a system called Vacuum Clean System that empties the burrs after each grinding, thus avoiding any blockage when changing grind fineness.
In addition, the new coffee grinder of the Jura E8 EC is quieter and faster than the previous version, allowing you to prepare your coffee quickly and in peace, while savoring its delicious taste.
3D pre-infusion and PEP technology
The 3D stage of the Jura E8, EC version occurs during pre-infusion, just after tamping. The water flows evenly through the coffee puck, allowing the grounds to saturate with water and develop all their aromas before extraction.
The system P.E.P (Pulse Extraction Process) kicks in after pre-infusion. It applies pulsed pressure to the coffee puck to extract aromas optimally. This pulsed pressure allows water to remain in contact with the grounds for the ideal time, ensuring a balanced and flavorful cup.
The extraction quality of the Jura E8 EC is incomparable. You will appreciate the smoothness and creaminess of its crema, as well as the full expression of aromas. We tested different types of coffee with various roasts, and every cup was exceptional.
Maintenance for the Jura E8 EC machine
To preserve the aromas of your coffee and the longevity of your bean-to-cup machine, it is important to follow a few maintenance steps. Jura machines are easy to maintain, guiding you step by step:
- The filter cartridge: This machine is compatible with the Claris Smart cartridge (included with the machine), which filters your tap water to purify it from limescale and residues.
- The brewing chamber: The Jura E8 EC machine comes with two cleaning tablets. Use them regularly to remove oil and grind residues from the brewing chamber, ensuring optimal extraction.
- The milk system: Maintaining the milk system is also easy. Use the two-compartment container provided with the machine. Dissolve a mini tablet in one compartment with water, and the machine will perform a complete rinse of the milk circuit.
- The grounds container: The grounds container can hold up to 16 coffee pucks, offering large capacity. However, it is recommended to empty it frequently to maintain your machine's cleanliness.
