Origin :
This 100% Arabica blend is from India. The Malabar is grown in the state of Kerala in southern India.
Specificity:
The Indian coffee is mainly known for its very specific preparation process: the monsooning or moussonnage.
After harvesting, the coffee is first exposed to the monsoon rains for five days to humidify it, then to the monsoon winds for seven weeks, which dry it.
This method allows to obtain an inimitable taste with a digestible coffee, without acidity, with a powerful body and spicy notes.
