A compact and versatile coffee machine
The DeLonghi Dedica EC695.R is a dedication to the Italian art of living! Thisespresso machine is ultra-compactwith only 14.9 cm wide. It adapts to all spaces thanks to its silhouette and elegant design.
This small coffee machineversatileallows you to use pre-ground coffee (thanks to the pressurized filters).
For coffee lovers who prefer freshly ground coffee, an entry-level coffee grinder will be sufficient to obtain an espresso grind suitable for the filters of this Dedica coffee machine.
The Dedica EC695.R has athermoblockthat heats the water quickly and maintains the machine at the right temperature. The heating time is around35 seconds.
The Dedica iseasy to use, with its configuration panel featuring 3 backlit buttons, its auto-start system that keeps the machine always ready for use, or itscup warmerthat keeps the cups at the ideal temperature for a perfect espresso. Additionally, the Dedica machine is designed to adapt to your cups, with amodular tray in two heights.
Simple settings and milk froth
This Dedica EC695.R percolator machine also offers you the possibility to:
- Adjust the temperatureof your coffee to your liking (low, medium, high).
- Adjust the water hardness.
- Adjust the automatic shut-offof the machine (various options: 9 min, 30 min, 3 hours).
- Program the desired cup quantityin the cup and memorize it.
Thesteam wandallows you to create, like a barista, magnificent and delicious cappuccinos simply and quickly by perfectly mixing steam, air, and milk to obtain a creamy froth!
The Dedica's steam wand was inspired by those used on automatic machines. It features avariable controller which allows you to easily switch from "Hot Milk" mode for hot milk to "Cappuccino" mode, a assisted system for making milk foam.
The DeLonghi Dedica EC695.R also dispenses hot water via the spout, to make tea or lengthen your coffee.
Accessories and maintenance
This DeLonghi Dedica EC695.R espresso machine is equipped with a "Crema" 2-in-1 aluminum portafilter and pressurized filters: a single-cup filter and a double-cup filter for ground coffee, as well as a dosing spoon/tamper (51 mm).
The portafilter and filters have a diameter of 51 mm.
Remember that a so-called "pressurized" filter allows you to achieve a more interesting result in the cup without necessarily having to use a coffee grinder. Find more information on using pressurized filters on our blog Simple filters or pressurized filters!
